Oliver: By Stephen

On Thursday, 15th November, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth classes went to see the Seamount College Play. The play was “Oliver”. It was preformed by the second and transition year students and they did a great job.

The main characters were Oliver Twist, Dodger, Nancy and Fagann. It was about two hours long and the time flew. We enjoyed it so much. I especially liked it as I had never known the ending of the great story and if you ask me, I would say it was the best musical I ever saw.

My Day at the Fair :By Aaron

I got up early Tuesday morning. It was still very dark. We fed the animals and then ate the breakfast. We then sat into the van and headed for Ennistymon Fair.

I had one Foal for sale. I was hoping to get €600 for her. She was a chestnut Foal and lots of people looked at her and thought about buying her. In the end, I swapped her for a Pony. In the evening, I helped a man called Joe Scales walk a bunch of Horses up the road.

It was a fun day. I met lots of nice people and enjoyed myself very much.
